Valcourt Cares brings our people together as One Valcourt to support employees and strengthen our communities. Through financial assistance, volunteerism, and community engagement, we provide compassionate support during unexpected hardships and create meaningful opportunities for our employees to give back and make a positive impact together.
How We Make a Difference
Valcourt Cares provides confidential financial assistance to employees experiencing qualifying hardships while encouraging our teams to make a difference through volunteer service, local partnerships, and community-focused events. Together, these efforts help us support one another, strengthen our communities, and build a stronger Valcourt.
How Valcourt Cares Works
Employees Give
Employees can make one-time gifts, contribute through payroll deductions, or participate in fundraising activities. Valcourt Group matches donations dollar for dollar.
Employees Receive Support
Employees experiencing qualifying hardships can confidentially request financial assistance from the Valcourt Cares employee assistance fund.
We Give Back
Branches can participate in local volunteer opportunities, charitable initiatives, fundraising events, and company-wide service projects with support from the Valcourt Caring Committee.

Double your impact. Support fellow employees through payroll deductions, one-time contributions, or fundraising activities. Every eligible employee donation is matched dollar for dollar by Valcourt Group.
To start payroll donations, email [email protected]↗︎. You’ll receive a notification via phone and/or email to complete a benefit deduction form in Paycom. Once you complete the form, your donation will begin with the next available payroll cycle. To change or stop your donation at any time, simply contact the Benefits Team to receive a new form.

Request Assistance
When unexpected hardships arise, Valcourt Cares is here to help. Eligible employees can confidentially request financial assistance through the Valcourt Cares employee assistance fund.
Employee Eligibility
To be eligible for assistance, you must:
- Be an active, full-time employee in good standing.
- Have at least six months of continuous, regular employment at the time of application.
- Be experiencing a financial hardship resulting from a qualifying emergency or unexpected event (see Eligible Hardships below).
Eligible Hardships
Qualifying hardships may include:
- Natural disaster
- Death of a family member
- Fire or flood damage
- Serious illness or critical injury
What Assistance Can Help With
Financial assistance is intended to help with essential, immediate expenses resulting from a qualifying hardship.
Assistance is subject to eligibility, review, and available funds.
How to Apply
Complete the Request for Assistance↗︎ form to be considered to receive aid from the employee assistance fund. Your application will only be visible to the Valcourt Caring Committee review team and will remain confidential. Assistance is not guaranteed and is subject to eligibility, the review process, and available funds.
Requests submitted by the 15th of each month will be reviewed by the end of that month, and applicants can expect a response by the 5th of the following month.

Eligible employees can apply for assistance using the Request for Assistance form↗︎.
Yes. Requests for assistance are confidential. Information submitted through the application will only be available to the individuals responsible for reviewing and administering assistance requests and will be handled with care and respect.
Requests are reviewed by the designated Valcourt Caring Committee review team using established eligibility guidelines and based on the circumstances of the hardship and available funds. Submitting an application does not guarantee assistance.

No. Participation in Valcourt Cares is completely voluntary. Employees can choose whether and how they would like to participate, whether through donating, volunteering, organizing a local initiative, or simply helping spread the word.
Yes. Individual donations are confidential. Donor names and contribution amounts will not be shared with employees and will only be accessible to those responsible for administering the program.

Volunteer opportunities will be available throughout the year through local branch initiatives and company-wide Valcourt Cares events. Keep an eye on Valcourt communications for upcoming opportunities or contact the Valcourt Caring Committee if you have an idea for your branch.
Absolutely. Branches are encouraged to identify opportunities to support causes that matter in their local communities. If your team has an idea for a fundraiser, volunteer project, donation drive, or other community initiative, contact the Valcourt Caring Committee at [email protected]↗︎. The committee can help coordinate resources, provide support, and promote your efforts across Valcourt Group.
